| | Did you know you can upload your exam results on JCQ Embargo Day? Alps Admin users can control who has the Early Access Privilege in the user permission settings. Only users with the permission will be able to upload results and view analysis on Embargo Day. Read our guide here. |

| | Are you aware of the Alps Provider Benchmark? On results day your Alps results analysis will be benchmarked against the 2019 DfE benchmark, which offers a more accurate representation than the 2024 DfE dataset in which students had inflated prior attainment scores. We will be producing our 2025 Alps Provider Benchmark, made from exam results submitted to us by our Alps customers, which will be available to use in Connect around the end of August. We will keep you updated on our release timeline. |

| | Have you checked your subject mappings? When you import Teaching Data or Monitoring Data in Alps Connect, you map your MIS subject names to our Alps subject names, then when you upload your next set of data the system will automatically remember these mappings. Before results day, we'd recommend checking your subject mappings are correct, which you can do by going to the Columns & Subject Mappings page, found in the left menu under Data Management. |
