| FAQs | Why has the UI changed? We received feedback from some Alps users that navigation in Connect can be quite tricky and it can take several clicks to find specific areas. The new user interface has been carefully designed to make navigation simple and efficient.
Will I need to do anything to access the new user interface? No, the new user interface will automatically be released to all users in June. Messages will appear in Connect to remind you in the run up to release.
Will the new interface change my Alps scores or analysis? No, all features currently in Alps Connect and Summit will be available in the new user interface and the changeover will have no affect on your data.
Is there any training available on the new user interface? Yes, we are running a weekly drop in webinar that demonstrates the updates and each session ends with a Q&A for any of your queries. See below for further details.
