If you need to make changes to your teaching data, such as subjects or sets, you can do this on an individual student basis or in bulk using Overwrite & Replace or Update & Merge.
Edit Individual Students
To edit an individual student's subject information, follow the steps in our video guide below:
Overwrite & Replace
This option allows you to make bulk edits to existing data, overwriting any data already present in the platform. We recommend using this option if you have had numerous students switching courses after your initial upload or if you need to change an incorrectly mapped subject. Please see our video guide below:
Update & Merge
This option allows you to make bulk edits to your existing data, by adding in new data whilst preserving the existing data present in the platform. We recommend using this option if you have missed any courses off your initial upload or if you've had new students join after your initial upload. Please see our video guide below:
