Viewing historical gradepoint trends in Summit
We have added the ability for
Summit users to view Gradepoint trends from previous Academic Years. This
means that any monitoring points that are part of a GP trend can be selected
and viewed to compare against current year trends.
Note: these previous trends are
view only. You cannot make amends to the trend, nor can schools add any
data.
If you have historical data in your Summit account, then you can view the historical
trends in the gradepoint selector:
- On opening the gradepoint
selector for the first time you will notice that you are prompted to
select an Academic Year
- Select the AY you would like to view - this will show you the available gradepoint trends
-
- Your gradepoint selector bar in the top right of your screen will now display the name of the trend AND the AY you are viewing.
