Troubleshooting Errors

Formatting Error
If your file does contain all the columns in the template file, in the set order, an error message will show and ask you to reimport:

Invalid Values Error

If a file is imported with invalid values, the file will upload but flag any errors. You can see which values contain errors by clicking View Issues.

An error message will display at the top of the screen, identifying the affected columns and rows. To fix errors, amend the data in Excel and reupload the students file.
