If you have forgotten your password you can reset it from the login page of Connect.
Clicking the reset password button will open a new window, enter your email address and click Send Instructions.
You will then receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password.
Please be aware that the link contained in this email is only valid for one hour; if your link is no longer valid, please request a new reset password email.
Once you have clicked the link in the email, you can then reset your password:
Resetting your password within Connect
If you are already logged in to Connect and wish to change your password click into Manage Account on the homepage.
Depending on your permissions you will see a variety of options, the first always being "Change My Password" seen below.
Simply enter your current password and your new password and it will be changed.
