Auto-renewal in Alps Connect

We have now introduced a brand new auto-renewal feature for all schools with an active subscription. 

Your subscription will now auto-renew with the same subscription details (Key Stage, Cohort Size, Length) by default unless you decide to turn off the auto-renew feature. 

At 90 days from the end of your current subscription you will see a prompt on the homepage that tells you that your subscription will auto-renew:



If you wish to turn the auto-renewal off, then you will need to click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' option on the homepage and then click on the 'Cancel Automatic Renewal' option:

Important:


At 60 days from the end of your subscription you will no longer be able to cancel the auto-renewal option. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal when you can no longer cancel it in Connect, then you will have to contact us and request the auto-renewal to be turned off for your subscription.
