Alps Sub-Processor List

Alps Education Ltd (“Alps”) engages the following sub-processors in connection with the provision of its Services. All sub-processors have been assessed against the requirements of UK GDPR Article 28 and have Data Processing Agreements in place with Alps. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or UK adequacy regulations) are in place. 

This list is reviewed and updated on a regular basis. Customers will be notified of any intended additions or replacements in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to any change taking effect.
