Alps-Arbor Exam Results Integration

If you are using the Alps-Arbor integration for your Student and Teaching Data, you can also integrate your exam results directly into Alps Connect. Please note exams results integration only works for integrated year groups.

Step by Step Guide

To integrate your exam results, navigate the MIS integration page, via the Data Management tab.

 

In Data Management, click into MIS Exams and select the relevant academic year at the top of the page:

In the Import by Year Group tab, any integrated year groups will display with a drop down box for Series. Select the earliest exam series you wish to import results from, any exams taken since the earliest series will be synced. 

Once integrated, the year group will turn green and allow you to click into the Exam Subject Mapping tab. 

In the Exam Subject Mapping tab, map any unmapped subject values in red. For each subject, press the edit pencil and find the subject in the drop down list, then click the tick to submit. 

For any subject values you do not wish to be included in your exam results, press the bin icon to skip. 

After completing the mappings, press save in the bottom corner and all mappings will turn green. Then click Import Grades.

The final tab will show the students, subjects and grades that have been imported. Finally, press Check & Publish to push these through to the live platform and trigger the generation of your Alps Exam Provider Reports.
